I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor who is passionate about mentoring and supporting the next generation of systemic, trauma-informed clinicians. My supervision style is warm, relational, and intentional, while remaining firmly grounded in clinical competence, ethical integrity, and high-quality care.
My Approach to Clinical Supervision
I practice from a systemic framework, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed treatment. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), experiential modalities, CBT, and DBT, all through a social-justice, feminist and relational lens. In supervision, I value curiosity, reflection, and collaboration, creating space for supervisees to deepen clinical skill while also developing confidence, clarity, and their own therapeutic identity.
Aligned with HEART Counseling’s commitment to thoughtful, client-centered care, I view supervision as both a clinical and relational process. I support supervisees in navigating complex cases, strengthening ethical decision-making, and staying grounded in the nervous system—both their clients’ and their own. I am especially passionate about supporting clinicians through the licensure journey and helping them build sustainable, values-aligned careers.
I offer individual and small-group supervision for therapists working with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and relationally grounded supervision.
In my free time, I make going to the dog park a regular part of my week, reading lots of books, hanging out with my family and traveling whenever possible.
