My Approach to Clinical Supervision
My supervision style is rooted in a social justice, trauma, and grief-informed lens, prioritizing a collaborative, systemically-focused approach. I view supervision as a partnership, helping supervisees cultivate their unique professional identity while ensuring ethical expertise in practice.
I have training in:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Grief counseling
- Experiential therapy
- Gottman Method
- Family Systems
- Ethical Practice
I am an Enneagram Type 2 (The Helper) and an introvert, offering a calm and grounded presence.
I offer DSPS-approved individual supervision, both in-person and virtually. Consultation group options are also available.
When not working, I love exploring the local library, philosophical conversation, sitting in a sunny window like an old cat, old-growth forest walks, and enjoying a chai tea.
